What is a DWI?

DWI is the offense as Driving While Impaired, which includes driving under the influence of substances such as alcohol and/or drugs. Penalties for being convicted of a DWI includes fines and the possibility of losing your driver’s license. There's also extra penalties for Aggravated DWI which includes a jail sentence. A DWI arrest and conviction will raise the price of your insurance and revoke your driver's license. My office has the resources to take your case to trial and hold the arresting officer accountable.
